Ocean Mile Hotel

Passable Liked: The location was just right for us Disliked: The kitchen, this room was booked for two people but only had one spoon one glass and one bowl, although this hotel did not meet our expectations the daytime receptionist was very helpful and friendly guy and did his best to accommodate us, so we were very great full of that,I would like to say that these rooms should be checked to make sure everything is in order and set up for the number of guests, so there will be no disagreement, thank you regards George.

A terrible experience from start to finish — dirty, uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and disappointing customer service Liked: Nothing at all. Disliked: Our stay at this property was so terrible that we ended up checking out early. We were originally supposed to stay from Tuesday to Saturday, but after arriving Thursday evening, we checked out the very next day. Honestly, if we had arrived earlier, we would have left the same day. The room was uncomfortable, smells moldy, one of the lamps was broken, and the toilet seat covered looked dirty. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, and there was visible mold and mildew on the wall around it. Contacting the front desk was nearly impossible, as no one ever answered the phone and our calls always went to voicemail when we needed assistance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A truly terrible experience zero stars from me. The hotel later contacted us, and we explained why we had to leave early and requested a refund for the nights we did not stay. However, according to Booking.com, the hotel refused our request, and no agreement was reached.

Great will definitely be back again Liked: Everything was great Disliked: Nothing
